Excellence in Innovation
We’re proud to announce that Structural Adhesives Ltd was named winner of the Excellence in Innovation category at the 2021 Leicestershire Business Awards, hosted by the East Midlands Chamber. This award recognises companies that are driving meaningful change and are at the forefront of innovation in their sectors.
Our winning innovation was the development of a limited combustibility adhesive for use on high-rise buildings, a breakthrough that began as part of our greener product agenda and quickly evolved into a sector-critical solution.
To our knowledge, our A2 adhesive was the first of its kind certified for use on external walls above 18 m in the UK, a product that not only solved a regulatory crisis but also advanced our commitment to sustainability and innovation.
