Structural Adhesives Ltd Wins University Collaboration Award at Asian Founders Awards 2026
Structural Adhesives Ltd has won the University Collaboration Award at the Asian Founders Awards 2026, recognising a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with the University of Leicester focused on debondable adhesives that support circularity of materials.
The award reflects the value of shared knowledge between academia and industry, and the growth that follows when both sides invest the time, effort and the right people. It comes right at the end of the KTP, with our associate now officially joining the SAL team on a permanent basis.
Beyond the technical outcomes, the partnership has strengthened our technical team’s own expertise, a lasting benefit that will continue shaping our work long after the project itself has closed.
We’re proud of what this collaboration achieved, and grateful to the University of Leicester and our associate for helping make it happen.
