• Project managing the KTP to develop debondable adhesive formulations suitable for a range of industries
• Collaborating extensively with the university to conduct advanced testing and trials of novel innovations (debondable composites - we're looking at you!)
• Extensive networking to understand partnership opportunities with other SMEs
• Being an active STEM ambassador to inspire young women into Chemistry
Outside of work:
Morgan is currently busy planning her wedding and trying to decorate her new house. She enjoys cooking and a nice glass of wine in her spare time.
